  Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized and small group support to secondary students with diverse learning needs

  • Collaborate with subject teachers to adapt and modify curriculum and instructional strategies

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) where required

  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records

  • Support students in developing academic, organizational, and social skills

  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and school leadership

  • Promote an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
